In partnership with Morley Hopner and Hobin Architecture, we spurred the evolution of a historic industrial facility first built in the 1940s by integrating visually distinct work spaces, progressive lighting concepts and universal accessibility—to catalyze urban renewal, accelerate business innovation, and generate new commercial and technological success stories. Winner of the Ottawa Heritage Award of Merit  in the Adaptive Re-use Category.
