As part of a large multi-disciplinary team in Toronto, Micheline was exposed to working on complex, large scale commercial projects early in her interior design career. In 1994, she relocated to the capital where she continued to expand on this experience with a specialty in prime consultant services for clients in Canada and the US. After 12 years as a design professional Micheline co-founded 4té inc. with her colleague, Viv Nutt. Their business philosophy, skills and work ethic are a perfect complement. Micheline has a natural aptitude for creativity which she combines with strict business discipline. As the principal responsible for business operations, Micheline ensures that the 4té team is fully engaged and consistently exceeds client expectations.

Educated in the UK, Viv is an industry veteran with 25 years of experience. Upon completion of a degree in furniture design Viv emigrated to Canada to launch his interior design career in 1990. Viv has since developed a diverse portfolio of corporate and government clients. Always respectful and a great listener Viv focuses on providing the best quality of design for his clients. As principal, Viv handles 4té business development and human resource portfolios, as well as corporate programming and strategic planning. Viv excels at managing concurrent projects while never losing sight of critical details. He has a natural entrepreneurial spirit and is always envisioning new opportunities.

Tzoofit Hammer

Project management and implementation of large-scale projects as a prime consultant has been Tzoofit's focus over her 16 year career. Originally from Israel, Tzoofit brings an international perspective to the team. She specializes in alternative office strategies with particular expertise in the Government of Canada fit-up standards. As a design manager, Tzoofit draws on her superior organizational skills to manage the office project scheduling and is a mentor to her team of intermediate and intern designers.

Emily Chamberlain

Creatively gifted in concept design Emily focuses on providing innovative design solutions for her projects. With 8 years of previous experience in the healthcare industry, Emily utilizes this inside knowledge of patient care and facility operations to lead projects for our Healthcare Design Division. She is well versed in construction assembly, material applications, working drawing documentation and specifications. With her longstanding experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on large scale projects she brings added value when developing programming and furniture procurement strategies.

Chantal Boyer Casey

A natural entrepreneur, Chantal has a keen interest in business operations and management. She is skilled in functional programming, facility planning, workflow analysis and new office strategies. Fluently bilingual in French and English Chantal is extremely organized and thrives on pursuing design excellence. As a senior designer, she is responsible for scheduling and mentoring her team of intermediate and intern designers.

Nikki Steele

Extremely proficient in research and sourcing creative inspiration, Nikki develops outstanding design solutions. Through her project experience, Nikki has gained considerable knowledge in furniture specification and procurement. She is considered an expert in her field and provides valuable insight to the entire team. She is exemplary at sharing information and excels as a design leader. With a natural curiosity and keen interest in learning, Nikki actively pursues continuing education and professional development.

Nick Jackson

Throughout his 30 years of interior design experience, Nick has developed an expertise in conceptual design, detailing and lighting. Exceptionally creative Nick is an inspiration to the entire team and is an excellent resource for innovative design solutions. He has extensive experience dealing with on site construction conditions, general contractors, skilled trades and labourers. Nick applies this knowledge when coordinating with the project consultant team to provide best cost value and scheduling implementation strategies for all his projects. 

Sarah Raymond

Having completed projects in Canada, Europe, South Africa, and the US, Sarah brings diverse knowledge of managing consultant teams from a distance. Since joining 4té in 2008 Sarah has developed experience on a broad range of projects including corporate design, healthcare, and furniture procurement for large scale projects. Sarah has excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. She is extremely detail oriented and efficient at working with challenging project schedules.

Lindsay Peace

Exceeding client expectation is Lindsay's top priority. She is extremely proficient and knowledgeable on technology as it relates to drawing production and project administration. She provides valuable insight into cost efficiencies and is adept at managing multiple projects and design challenges concurrently.

Candice Gertsman

An excellent communicator, Candice is able to clearly demonstrate the design intent both visually and verbally. She is highly skilled at using graphic design tools and developing creative concepts while working with limited budgets. Because of her calm demeanour and attention to detail, Candice's clients often express how pleased they are with the ultimate design and the process through which it was achieved.  

Mark Sanchez

Having gained work experience in the UK, Mark returned to Canada to complete his degree in Interior Design. With a background in Graphic Design, Mark provides cross-disciplinary expertise when preparing conceptual design work and support with marketing media.

Candice Wei

Candice Wei

Interior Design

After completing her degree in Interior Design, Candice gained her work experience working in Morocco and Qatar on a variety of projects including high-end residential design, commercial design, and artwork procurement. Outside of the office, Candice is a freelance custom artist. She has continued this endeavor since 2006 to keep herself challenged, ever-evolving, and open to opportunities to collaborate with others. Her passion for expression through mixed media and her international experience in design brings a different perspective and creative edge to her projects.

Tammy Green

operations and construction administration

As the lead of operations, Tammy ensures that all processes, technology and training related to IT and Security are up to date and maintained. She is instrumental in supporting the design team throughout construction administration providing the necessary documentation and meticulous review. She is extremely budget conscious and is focused on sourcing best value solutions.
